There were 31 Carmel real estate sales for the month of August. Which is up from 24 solds in July. The most expensive home that sold was located on Scenic Road just across from the Ocean/Beach. Listed for 7.5 million for 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,579 SqFt of living space on a 4,100 SqFt lot with high-end finishes. This home sold after only 11 days on the market for 7.75 million.
42 new listings hit the market in Carmel in August, which was up from 15 in July. 72 Fern Canyon Road, located in the Highlands Inn neighborhood hit the market at a list price of 16.95 million for a 8 bedroom, 10 full and 2 half bathroom home with 12,175 SqFt of living space on 14+ acres, complete with 3 guest houses, pool, tennis court and Ocean views.
As of September 11th, there are currently 105 homes on the market and 36 homes pending sale.
