There were 23 Carmel Real Estate sales for the month of November, down from 35 in October. The most expensive home to sell was located in the Ribera neighborhood; this 3 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bathroom home offered views of the Bay and Carmel River Beach. Originally listed for 5.495 million and sold 14 days later for 5 million.
There are currently 160 homes currently on the market; a lovely contemporary abode situated on Carmelo 3 SW of 11th street, graced the market with a list price of 6.95 million. Ideally located in the Golden Rectangle with close proximity to the beach and downtown. Presently there are 42 homes pending sale.
