12 new listings hit the market in Carmel Valley in October. 10265 Calle de Robles, a 129 acre ranch estate that is located in the gated community of Quintana. Featuring a caretakers cottage, guest house, workshop/garage and complete with approved plans for a 4,000 SqFt main house. Listed for 3.6 million.
There are currently 56 homes on the market and 19 homes pending sale.
