11 homes hit the market in August which is up from 11 in August. 835 Seapalm Ave, a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,750 SqFt home on a 9,932 SqFt lot located close to the Ocean and is listed for 1.995 million.
As of September 11th, there are 40 homes active on the market and 18 pending sale.
