Pebble Beach home sales maintained steady for the month of July 2010, with 7 homes closing escrow. A small drop from June’s 9 sales, but still a positive trend when we evaluate YTD sales which are running 43.2 % ahead of last years sales. Pebble Beach average days on the market for July was 86 the best DOM trend seen in almost 3 years. This is great news for sellers!
The highest sale was $3,600,000 for a 3700 Sqft home on Cormorant rd, this home was one of my favorites to be found in Pebble Beach! This stunning estate was new construction, situated on the 17 hole of MPCC Dunes Golf Course with white water ocean views, DOM 116. The new home owner lucked out with the purchase of this home! The low end sale was $705,000 for a 1565 Sqft home on a 1/4 acre lot in the Upper Forest/Sheppard Knoll/Ocean Pine subdivision of Pebble Beach, DOM was 18. This charming home was built in 1962 but beautifully maintained and an exceptional value.
