Third-Party Integration Limitations
There are certain third-party integrations that are essential to Nicole Truszkowski’s operation of this website that Nicole Truszkowski has no ability to edit. These integrations include the IDX solutions service that allows for Multiple Listing Service (MLS) properties to display, the NextGen / Imagely.com services that allow image galleries of properties to be served and the graph / charting service used on the Market Trends page.
Through its webmaster agent, Nicole Truszkowski has contacted integration service providers and pursued and requested accessibility or the ability to edit from each but has not been able to reach a full accessibility resolution for these services.
As Nicole Truszkowski does not have the resources or capacity to recreate the services offered and the services are essential to the operation of EstatesofCarmel.com, Nicole Truszkowski believes that subsections (iii) under Sec. 12182(b)(2)(A) of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) provide for relief:
(iii) unless the entity can demonstrate that taking such steps would fundamentally alter the nature of the good, service, facility, privilege, advantage, or accommodation being offered or would result in an undue burden
Nicole Truszkowski will pursue improvements in accessibility of third-party integrations as they become available and/or known to Nicole Truszkowski.
