This 5 bedroom, 6 full and 1 half bathroom residence features 180 degree peninsula views, 8000 SqFt of living space and separate guest house; originally listed for 8.995 million and selling 164 days later for 6,797,500.
35 new listings hit the market in August. An Oceanfront estate on Spindrift featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, 7,221 SqFt of living space on 1.43 acres hit the market at 17.5 million.
There are currently 184 homes currently on the market and 61 homes pending sale.
