47 new listings hit the market in June in Carmel which is up from 45 in May. Scenic 4 NE of 13th Ave, a modern home with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2,434 SqFt of living space on a 5,500 SqFt lot with Ocean views and listed for 9.6 million.
There are currently 227 homes on the market and 46 homes pending sale.
