There were 35 Carmel Real Estate sales for the month of October, up from 34 in September. The most expensive home to sell was a move-in ready home with Ocean views on an extra large lot featuring 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3.049 SqFt of living space. Originally listed for 5.2 million and selling 139 days later for 4.8 million.
There are currently 171 homes currently on the market, including an extraordinary residence located on coveted Scenic Drive situated across the street from Carmel River Beach featuring views of the bay, Stewart Cove and Point Lobos and is currently listed for 8.995 million. Presently there are 34 homes pending sale.
