Originally listed for 2.35 million and selling 7 days later for 2.3 million
Currently there are 60 homes actively on the market including a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2948 SqFt Tudor style residence on 2.5 acres and located in the mid-valley neighborhood. Presently there are 13 homes pending sale.
