9 new listings hit the market in Carmel Valley in November. 14 Middle Canyon Wy, a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, mission-style home with sweeping views of the Santa Lucia mountains is on the market for 2.495 million.
There are currently 55 homes on the market and 9 homes pending sale.
