The most expensive home to sell was located in the Quail Meadows neighborhood; a 6617 SqFt custom residence featuring 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms on 5.5 acres, complete with a 540 SqFt guest house. Originally listed for 4.95 million and selling 437 days later for 3.75 million.
29 new listings hit the market in July which is down from 47 in Carmel. 26334 Carmelo Street, a 4 bedroom, 4 full and 2 half bathroom, Eric Miller design home located in the Carmel Point neighborhood and built in 2017. This home is within walking distance to both Carmel beaches and listed for 7.95 million.
There are currently 200 homes on the market and 44 homes pending sale.
