Originally listed and then selling 7 days later for 6.995 million, included 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with 2,799 SqFt of living space plus a 632 SqFt guest house on a 1+ acre lot.
26 new listings hit the market in Carmel in June which is down from 31 in May. 2645 Ribera Road, a 14.5 million home located in the Carmel Meadows neighborhood, with 4 bedrooms, 5 full and 1 half bathrooms, 8,969 SqFt of living space, complete with a home gym and elevator and overlooking Rivera Beach and the Ocean.
