The most expensive home to sell was a classic Carmel cottage located on iconic Scenic Drive across the street from Carmel beach, originally listed for 10.5 million, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath home with 1,950 SqFt of living space on a 3,515 SqFt lot spent 74 days on the market and sold for 9.8 million.
3 new listings hit the market in November which was the same for October. Dolores 7SW of 13th, a 4 bedroom, 4 full and 1 half bath beautifully remodeled, contemporary home located in the coveted Golden Triangle neighborhood and listed for 5.75 million.
There are *currently 24 homes on the market and 40 homes pending sale.
