There were 33 Carmel real estate sales for the month of September, down 25.0% from 44 in September of 2021 and 26.9% higher than the 26 sales in August. September 2022 sales were at their lowest level compared to September of 2021 and 2020. September YTD sales of 285 are running 23.8% behind last year’s year-to-date sales of 374.
New Listings:
The number of New Listings in September 2022 was 37, down 2.6% from 38 last month and down 5.1% from 39 in September of last year.
