10 new listings hit the market in July which is up from 6 in June. 8990 West Carmel Valley Rd, a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home on 8.5+ acres, an idyllic setting for the modern farmer with the main home being recently renovated and the property complete with a guest house and caretakers quarters and listed for 4.15 million.
There are currently 64 homes on the market and 10 homes pending sale.
