This 4 bedroom, 3 full and 2 half bathroom home has 5,586 SqFt of living space and sits on 5.64 acres. Originally listed for 2.995 million and selling 156 days later for 2.8 million.
10 new listings hit the market in July which is up from 6 in June. 8990 West Carmel Valley Rd, a 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home on 8.5+ acres, an idyllic setting for the modern farmer with the main home being recently renovated and the property complete with a guest house and caretakers quarters and listed for 4.15 million.
There are currently 64 homes on the market and 10 homes pending sale.
