Originally listed for 4.25 million and selling 71 days later for 3.875 million.
11 new listings hit the market in Carmel Valley in October. 15488 Via La Gitana, an extraordinary, luxury property on 2.5 acres features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3,362 SqFt of living space and is complete with a guest house, listed at 4.75 million.
There are currently 61 homes on the market and 15 homes pending sale.
