The most expensive home to sell was a custom built, Pasadera home with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms with 5,784 SqFt of living space plus detached guest house on 1+ acres with golf course views. Originally listed for 2.688 million and selling 56 days later for 2.45 million.
13 new listings hit the market in March which is down from 20 in February. 8 Deer Forest Drive, a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home located in the Deer Flats neighborhood with 3,390 SqFt of living space on a 8,800 SqFt lot and listed for 1.479 million.
There are currently 88 homes active on the market and 40 homes pending sale.
