There were 14 Pacific Grove Real Estate sales for the month of January which is down from 16 in December. A rustic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage on Pico Ave that sat on .73 acres and featured views of Monterey Bay was listed for 1.75 million, at time of escrow listed for 1.65 million and finally selling 59 days later for 1.575 million.
There are currently 34 homes active on the market and 15 pending sale.
