The most expensive home to sell was a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with 1,637 SqFt of living space on a 2,692 SqFt lot with Ocean views and steps to Lover’s Point and downtown. Originally listed for 2.25 million and selling 208 days later for 1.77 million.
15 new listings hit the market in March which is up from 6 in February. 524 Lighthouse Ave #404, is part of a new development featuring luxury residences located in, “The Holman” a historic 1918, Pacific Grove building in downtown. Currently under construction with architectural renderings but when finished will be 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2,640 SqFt of living space with Ocean views and listed for 2,449,000.
There are currently 48 homes active on the market and 25 pending sale.
