The home was priced competitively which generated a lot of interested and eager buyers. This coupled
with a lack of inventory of similar homes for sale in the area produced several qualified all-cash offers.
In the end, the house was sold in excess of two million dollars over asking price in less than 2 weeks.
The entire process, front start to finish went without a hitch. I would recommend Nicole, her team, and

needed, were very responsive and respectful of the estate’s needs, and were very easy and pleasant to
