Nicole provided flawless real estate service every step of the way as I purchased a new home from a distance. She was completely trustworthy in every situation and I recommend her without hesitation. She is an expert on the Monterey area (Carmel/Pacific Grove/Monterey) and has strong relationships with other local realtors, which helped my bid to be accepted. She understood exactly what I was looking for and is extremely fast to return calls, texts and emails–I honestly don’t know when she sleeps! She had excellent, proactive recommendations about inspections, repairs and negotiating with the seller, and kept the entire process on track. This allowed me to close about two weeks early, a much better fit with the timing of the home I was selling. And Nicole was always willing to go above and beyond. For example, she found a painter and supervised his work so that my new home was freshly painted and looked beautiful when I moved in. I can’t think of an area of improvement for her. She’s superb at what she does and very enjoyable to work with. If I move again, it will have to be in this area because now I’m too spoiled to work with another agent. She’s the best!
